Regional Testing Manager - Insurance Firm

Requirements: – Play a major, leading role in the delivery of end-to-end testing project. Proactively work with stakeholders to collect the necessary requirements and translate them into test plans. – Budget time, resources, and for the testings. – Lead the development of test plans, testing scripts, test reports. Translate user expectations – Ensure the testing is delivered within the estimated timeline, resources and fullfiling the requirements. – Work with the Project team and stakeholders in status update and reporting. – Serve as a team lead and actively contribute to the testing best practices across the region.

Responsibilities: – 6+ years of experience as a Testing Manager or Project Manager in Testing. – Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle with expertise in QA processes and methodology is a must. – Industry domain knowledge preferred. – Knowledge of different testing techniques and tools. – Experience with public cloud platform like Azure, GCP, AWS is an advantages. – Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese. – Bachelor degree from a reputed University.
